being a teen is hard. getting healthcare shouldn’t be.

At Dahlia Health, we’re listening to teens and their parents—and the message is loud and clear: Healthcare isn’t working for young people.

Our nationwide survey of 200+ teens, young adults, and parents uncovered major gaps in adolescent healthcare—but also huge opportunities to fix them.

What We Found

Mental health, hormonal health, nutrition and sleep are top concerns—but getting care feels impossible.

1 in 4 teens say it takes too long to get an appointment—so they put off care or skip it entirely.

50% of parents feel lost when trying to figure out which provider their child actually needs.

Teens are turning to TikTok and Reddit for health advice—66% say they trust what they find online.

72% want access to a digital health service—something fast, convenient, and made for them, like Dahlia Health.
